These two series of photographic images speak to issues surrounding the physical and emotional impact of sexual/domestic violence against women. Using metaphor as a device to straddle the divide between narrative and abstraction, these images create imagined temporal spaces in which the poetics of light and form are juxtaposed against the obscenity of violence.
